Working principle of automatic dispensing machine:
The working principle of the automatic dispensing machine is as follows. The compressed air is fed into the rubber bottle (syringe), and the rubber is pressed into the feeding pipe connected with the piston chamber. When the piston is on stroke, the piston chamber is filled with rubber. When the piston pushes down the rubber needle, the rubber is pressed out of the needle nozzle. The amount of glue dropping is determined by the distance of the piston dropping. It can be adjusted manually or controlled by software.
